This Privacy Policy explains how TECHFIT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website.
1. Information we collect
- Account & identity: name, email address (verified via Firebase), and phone number.
- Order & delivery: shipping address, PIN code, city, state and order contents.
- Technical: basic log and device data needed to operate the site securely.
2. How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates and account/verification emails.
- To provide customer support and improve our services.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, only for what the site needs to work:
- Essential / session cookies — keep you signed in, remember your cart and secure your session. The site cannot function without these.
- Authentication cookies — set by Google Firebase to manage sign-in and email verification.
- Preference cookies — remember basic choices such as recently viewed items, where applicable.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your browsing data. You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site (such as sign-in or checkout) from working. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this section and seek your consent where the law requires it.
4. Authentication
Sign-in and email verification are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your password is managed securely by Firebase and is never stored on our servers.
5. Payments
For Cash on Delivery, no payment details are collected online. When online payment is enabled, card/UPI/net-banking details are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway and are not stored by us.
6. Sharing
We share data only with delivery partners, payment processors and service providers strictly as needed to fulfil your order, and with authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data.
7. Data retention & security
We retain order records as required for tax and legal purposes and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at the contact below. Privacy and data-related complaints can also be raised through our Grievance Redressal Policy, which names our Grievance Officer and the resolution timelines.
