All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES

TECHFIT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at techfitenterprises@proton.me with your order details so we can investigate the issue with the shipping partner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, TECHFIT may or may not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, delivery times and shipping charges will vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
