Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery by following our Return Policy.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is unsuccessful or declined, your order will not be processed and no amount will be charged.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

Important Notes

  • Orders that are already packed, processed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • During high-demand periods, order processing may begin quickly, limiting the cancellation window
